Now reserving — 2027 season

Pave once.
Built to
last.

BlackTop Enduro™ is a 100% recycled, engineered asphalt-block driveway built for Alberta acreages — engineered for a far longer service life than hot-mix asphalt. We're building our plant near Strathmore now, and reserving a limited first run of driveways for the 2027 season.

What are you paving?
Where we are right now

Straight with you
from day one.

We'll be upfront: BlackTop Enduro is brand new, and we're not selling blocks yet. Our plant is going up now near Strathmore. Once it's powered and the floor is down, our first production run begins — and that floor is the proof.

01

Our first project is our own floor.

We're paving the factory floor with our own blocks — the heaviest-duty test there is, under forklifts and loaded pallets, every day. We won't manufacture a single driveway for sale until that floor is finished and proven. If we'll stake our own plant on it, you can stake your driveway on it.

The acreage reality

You know the drill.

Dust on the house and every vehicle all summer. Potholes and washboard by August. A muddy mess every spring. Gravel the plow drags into the ditch every winter — so you pay to haul more in, grade it, and start over.

A gravel driveway is never done. It's a bill that shows up every year or so.

A better idea, brought back

A paved driveway that
belongs out here.

A century ago, many roads were built from asphalt blocks — and some have lasted 100 years. Flexible pavement replaced them for speed of construction, and we lost what made blocks great: the pavement flexes, and damage is a repair rather than a repave. BlackTop Enduro brings the asphalt block back in a modern, 100% recycled, industrial-grade formulation — engineered for acreage driveways and Alberta winters.

The asphalt-block form has a long track record: Richmond, Virginia's Monument Avenue has carried daily traffic on asphalt block since 1907 — still in service well over a century later.

Why it wins

Six reasons it's built to outlast the rest.

Engineered for the long haul

Hot-mix asphalt lasts about 20 years. Concrete pavers, maybe 35. BlackTop Enduro is engineered with a design life of around 100 — the staying power asphalt blocks proved on real roads, where Richmond's Monument Avenue has lasted since 1907. The goal, for most owners: pave once.

100% recycled, made in Alberta

Every block is a blend of reclaimed asphalt pavement and asphalt shingle that would otherwise be downcycled to gravel or sent to landfill. Lower greenhouse-gas emissions than hot-mix asphalt — and far lower than concrete pavers.

Costs less, saves more

A lower-cost hard surface than hot-mix asphalt, and well under concrete pavers. Then it keeps saving: no annual re-gravelling and far less maintenance.

The edge that holds

Most paver systems fail at the edge. Our engineered edge restraint pins the whole perimeter, so a curbless driveway keeps a crisp, solid edge under truck and trailer loads — for decades.

Repairable, not disposable

Lift the blocks, fix a settled spot or a buried line, and reinstate the same blocks. Asphalt gets torn out and patched over and over. Nothing else comes apart and goes back together.

Frost-ready, sure-footed

A segmental surface flexes with every freeze-thaw cycle instead of cracking. The textured, jointed surface gives confident grip in rain and light snow — and snowplows don't faze it.

How the 2027 season works

Your deposit buys
your place in line.

We're producing a limited run for the 2027 season, in the order reservations come in. A deposit holds your spot in the production queue and locks in founding-customer pricing. The earlier you reserve, the earlier your driveway gets made.

The long game

Cheaper than you think —
and far cheaper over time.

As a hard surface, BlackTop Enduro comes in under hot-mix asphalt and well below concrete pavers. But the real story is the long game: when a driveway is designed to last for decades instead of twenty years, the cost-per-year isn't close.

How it works

Three parts, one driveway.

Engineered blocks

Dense, 100% recycled asphalt blocks in 60, 80, and 100 mm — sized to the load, from driveways to RV and equipment pads.

Locked edge

Our edge-restraint system secures the perimeter so nothing creeps or spreads.

Installed fast

Designed for mechanized clamp installation — hundreds of square metres a day. Install them yourself, hire any installer, or ask us to arrange a separate installation quote.
